Kilimanjaro Budget Safaris/ Safari Booking Terms / Payment Conditions

A deposit of 40% of the total cost is required when booking confirmation and the balance being payable before the tour starts.

You may also choose to pay the total tour amount at booking confirmation if you prefer.

You may also pay online or locally by credit/debit card at no extra cost-Visa/Mastercard/Amex accepted

If you decide to make payments by bank/wire transfer, you must include bank charges incurred on the transaction.

Tour cancellation policy.

Any tour deposit paid shall be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels and administrative expenses as below.

No of days Percentage forfeited of tour price

More than 40 days—-full refund less 5% of the administration fee

14-40 days—-20% of the tour price

6-14 days—30% of the tour price

Less than five days and no show—no refunds.

Please note that a refund will be done within 30 days after the cancellation of the safari.

Tour price:

Included are all expenses regarding safari vehicle, driver-guide, Porters as per itinerary, meals, accommodation, entrance fees to National parks, and game reserves.

Alteration to tours:

The company reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate.

It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case, we will refund a fair amount.

Price is based on tariffs and other operational costs prevailing at the time of printing.

Liability:

The company and its agents act only as agents of the tours, transport, etc., and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss, or damage in any manner.

The company’s liability to passengers carried in its vehicle is governed by the country’s laws in which the tour takes place and no other country.

All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the actions arise.

Go To Kilimanjaro Budget Safaris draws your attention because there are certain inherent dangers involved with adventure travel, and the client accepts them at his/her own risk. It is, however, advisable to take travel insurance and a separate baggage loss before arrival to East Africa.
