Day 1: Arriving Nairobi

We recommend you to fly into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) early today. We recommend a private transfer to Nairobi where the rest of the day is at leisure. We stay at Hotel, which is beautifully located close to Nairobi National Park and is a perfect place to prepare for your adventure. Today you will meet your safari driver guide at Hotel for a short safari briefing.

Day 2: Safari to Masai Mara

Leave from OSOITA LODGE at 7:00 am and drive to the north past Kangemi and with a stop at the rift valley and Narok the Maasai district town, you start viewing various games on the way, including different types of birds, herds of Antelopes, Zebra, giraffe, Elephants, gazelle, etc. While on the way, you have chances to visit Maasai local village (Manyata) and take some photos of Maasai with their cultural attire. Arriving at Mara Sopa Lodge for lunch and few hours for rest, then proceed for afternoon game drive 80% chances of seeing as Big five and many other wild animals set to retire for the day.Dinner and overnight at Tented Camp

Day 3: Safari to Masai Mara

Early Morning tea/coffee and proceed to game drive which is the best time to see the animals as they get out from their hide for the morning preys. Depending on the game drive nature you will have a great moment to visit the famous Mara River whereby different types of animals mingle to drink water, Picnic lunch on the bush. Arrive to your hotel for Dinner and overnight at Tented Camp

Day 4: Masai Mara to serengeti

After breakfast, you depart mara to serengeti national park via isbania border, en route game drive. Dinner and overnight at seronera wildlife lodge or katikati tented camp.

Day 5: Serengeti National park – Ngorongoro crater.

Early morning game drives before breakfast enjoy sunrise at Serengeti National park. After lunch, leave the campsite and go for the final game drive on the way out the park to the rim of Ngorongoro Crater for dinner and overnight at Simba campsite with an awesome view of the crater.

Day 6: Ngorongoro crater to Arusha or for evening flight.

After breakfast in the morning descend the 600m high crater walls to the floor of the crater for game drive and game viewing, enjoy your picnic lunch by the hippo pool at Ngoitoktok, until later in the afternoon. Ascend the crater and drive back to moshi for dinner and overnight at Hotel. BB

Day 7: Departure day:

After saying bye to our team in operation then you need a Private departure transfer which is included from moshi to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your flight. You will be picked up at Hotel to the airport.

      Day 1 – Nairobi to Masai Mara

      Your Kenya Safari and Tanzania Safari adventure begins with a 7:30 AM pickup from your Nairobi hotel or Airport and drive to Masai Mara Kenya Safari. This drive will take about 5 to 6.5 hours with a scenic stopover at Great Rift Valley. Arrive in Masai Mara Kenya Safari shortly after noon and check into your lodge/camp, have hot lunch and then depart for an afternoon game drive.

      After the game drive, we head back to lodge/camp to reach by around 5:30 or 6:00 PM, freshen up and enjoy a freshly prepared Dinner. Overnight at your lodge.

      Note: The last 1-hour drive to Masai Mara Kenya Safari is on the corrugated and bumpy road and may not be comfortable for clients with back problems. Clients with back problems can consider flying directly to (and out of) Masai Mara Kenya Safari.

      Day 2 – Masai Mara

      Today’s itinerary is flexible, and you can discuss with your guide on the previous evening and plan for today’s schedule.

      You can either have a relaxed breakfast and depart for full day game drives around 9:00 AM with packed lunch and return back to lodge late afternoon around 6:00 PM. Or you can depart at 6:00 AM on an early morning game drive (This is the best time to see the animals and a good chance to witness hunt/kill). Later return to accommodation for breakfast and relax for a bit and depart on an afternoon game drive with packed lunch. you will stop at a picnic spot for having packed lunch and later depart on a game drive till the park is closed. Around 6:00 PM return to lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

      Day 3 – Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru

      After a relaxed breakfast and around 10:00 AM checkout and Depart to Lake Nakuru National Park, which is about a 6.5-hour drive. Upon reaching Lake Nakuru National Park lodge, check-in, have dinner and relax for the day.

      Note: Morning game drives in Masai Mara Kenya Safari can be added on day 3 by paying an extra USD 85 PP.
      Note: Depending on your itinerary, the location of the lodge in Nakuru, and the plan for the next day (if going to Amboseli National Park, for example), we might skip morning game drives in Masai Mara Kenya Safari this day and proceed to Nakuru directly to reach by around 2:00 PM and do afternoon game drives in Lake Nakuru National Park.

      Day 4 – Lake Nakuru National Park to Amboseli National Park

      After an early breakfast, depart to Amboseli National Park, which is about a 7-hour drive. Upon arrival, check-in to the lodge, have lunch, and start your afternoon safari in Amboseli National Park. You can do game drives until about 6:00 PM before returning to your camp/lodge for a freshly prepared dinner. Overnight stay at your Camp/Lodge.

      Note: Depending on your itinerary, starting time in Nakuru, you might also depart with packed lunch from Nakuru.

      Day 5 – Amboseli National Park to Nairobi

      Wake up early in the morning and proceed to Amboseli National Park for game drives around 6:15 AM. Continue with game drives until around 9:00 AM and then head back to camp for breakfast. After breakfast, check out from the camp and proceed to Nairobi Safari to reach by around 3:00 PM.

We arrive in time for lunch at the lodge, and after lunch, we will enjoy an afternoon game drive in the area. The wildebeest migration can normally be found in the Western Corridor area in June, depending on rainfall patterns.

        DAY 8: GAME DRIVE IN LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

The lakeshore at Manyara teems with birdlife, and while you are looking for the birds, you might spot one of the elusive tree-climbing lions. There are a surprising number of other large mammals, and the striking cliffs on the Rift escarpment form a dramatic backdrop. In the late afternoon, we make a short journey from the park to Arusha.

            DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN NAIROBI

            DAY 2: Giraffe Centre & Elephant Orphanage

            Nairobi – Elementaita. This morning we visit the Giraffe center, which offers the unique experience of hand-feeding these gentle giants at eye level from a raised platform while watching the warthogs below snuffle around looking for titbits. Then we travel on to the Daphne Sheldrick’s Centre and visit the many baby elephants that have been rescued from threatening situations in Kenya’s various national parks and even get a chance to see the calves being fed and playing with the staff.

            DAY 3: Elementaita & Nakuru

            Elementaita – Lake Nakuru – Elementaita. The second great lake we visit on our tour is Lake Nakuru. Thirty minutes’ drive from Elementaita, the lake is situated in the middle of the national park to which it gives its name. Teeming with wildlife, the park has so much to offer. Sometimes, when the water levels are low, the entire lake is covered in flamingos, turning the whole area pink. Lions, buffalos, and many rhinos call this corner of Kenya home, and a game drive around the park is always rewarding. If we are lucky, we may even spot a leopard relaxing in a tree beside the lake. After a game-packed day, we arrive back at Sunbird Lodge in time to enjoy the sunset over the lake before sitting down for dinner and toasting to the day’s adventures.

            DAY 4: Masai Mara

            Lake Elementaita – Masai Mara. Leaving the Great Rift Valley behind, we drive to Kenya’s famous Masai Mara, the setting for the Great Migration, and countless wildlife documentaries. The Masai Mara is the highlight of any safari. We arrive for lunch at our camp and spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing by the pool and waiting for the late afternoon when the temperature cools to head out on our first Mara game drive. Back at the camp, dinner is served and gives us the perfect opportunity to look back at our day and relive all those highlights.

            DAY 5: Safari in the Mara

            After breakfast this morning, we drive across the plains, searching for the Big Five and other plains games. The early mornings are one of the best times to view the animals as this is when they are their most active before the heat of the day sets in, and after a mid-morning of relaxation and lunch, head out into the reserve for a chance to tick off some more animals on your “must-see” list. Keep your eyes peeled as you hunt for the last members on your list.

            DAY 6: Optional hot air ballooning

            This morning, there is the opportunity to rise early and experience a game-viewing adventure from an entirely different perspective! A hot air balloon safari across the Masai Mara (at additional cost) which takes off in the crisp morning air, and lasts for approximately an hour, allows for a beautifully peaceful experience floating silently high above plains, forests, and rivers. Upon landing, a fully cooked champagne breakfast awaits. More game viewing opportunities arise later that morning en-route back to camp and in the afternoon. In addition to the abundance of spectacular games, there are also over 450 species of birds that have been identified in the Masai Mara Ecosystem.

            DAY 6: Masai Mara – Nairobi

            This morning we enjoy our last sunrise in the Masai Mara with tea or coffee on the veranda. After a great final breakfast, we drive back to Nairobi, stopping at the Great Rift Valley for one last photo opportunity before you’re dropped off at the airport. Onward international flights should depart no earlier than 6 pm or 5 pm for domestic flights.
            Safari accommodation ranges from 5-star lodges to 3-star tented camps, depending on your budget.
